Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. Outside there is a panoramic roof terrace from which to admire the trulli of Alberobello and, at ground level an outside dining area with barbecue. The large pool has a hydromassage with steps and it is equipped with loungers, umbrellas and an outdoors shower. (The pool's depth is 140-160 cm, good for children). Surrounding the property are olive, pomegranate and cherry trees and flower beds to add colour to the already spectacular setting.

Oltre ad una struttura finemente ristrutturata da poco meno di 1 anno, rispettando tutte le caratteristiche storiche ed architettoniche della struttura, si potrà godere dell'utilizzo della piscina.
