Please note that you will be renting one of the apartments within the villa, not the entire villa. The villa offers over 2,000 sqm of yard and 5,500 sqm of farmland, providing a serene and outdoor-rich experience. Perched on a hill, it offers stunning views of Corfu, vibrant bougainvilleas, a unique pool with slide (shared by the 2 rental apartments), a fountain-pond, a children's play area and farm animals. Kohyli Apartment is a fully renovated studio located right on the beach, perfect for moments of fun and relaxation. Enjoy the stunning sea view and direct access to private beach. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests, featuring one double bed and a sofa that converts into a bed. A baby crib is also available. In case that “pets allowed”, this can be done after discussion for (a) only one dog, and (b) no cats allowed.
