Calle Delle Acque is a neighborhood just in the heart of the old town of Corfu next to Liston street and Pentofanaro which is the most common meeting place of the people! This is where this freshly renovated loft is located for people that are willing to live some time in Corfu style and actually be in the epicenter of things! The view from the balcony is magical! Enjoy your drinks with the old castle and the sea in the background and adore Saint Spyridon's bell tower from the rear windows!

This is our lovely loft in the center of Corfu!A fully equipped apartment is ready to cover your needs. Suitable for 4 people. Located in the most touristic street of Liston , next to Pentofanaro and Spianada square will be the perfect spot for those who want to spend some days and discover the city on foot. I am Sevi and i will be your host, don't hesitate to text me for anything you need ! The check in is free of charge from 2pm to 9pm and there is extra charge of 15€ from 9pm to 12am.

Ο ήλιος ανατέλλει στην καρδιά του δωματίου έτσι ώστε να σας προσφέρει το τέλειο πρωινό ξύπνημα και την δυνατότητα να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας στο μπαλκόνι με τους ήχους τον πουλιών από τα δέντρα που περιβάλλουν το σπίτι. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο,είναι σοφίτα 40 τ.μ. με εμφανή σκεπή.Έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο,μπάνιο καθώς επίσης και ένα κοινόχρηστο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το σαλόνι.Το πιο ωραίο σημείο του σπιτιού όμως θεωρούμε πως είναι το μπαλκόνι το οποίο είναι αρκετά μεγάλο και έχει θέα προς την Μαρίνα με τα σκάφη και το βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού.

The professor's studio

Located in the heart of downtown Corfu, about 200 meters from Liston. It is a spacious open plan 100 sqm studio fully renovated and equiped owned by my mother, a history professor. With large bookcases, it has an exquisite ambience in Corfiot style.
