A beautiful summer apartment with a unique sea view a few meters away from Askeli Beach one of the most beautiful of Poros Island. The apartment is fully furnished, spacious, and sunny, decorated with love we managed to create a very relaxing and comfortable setting. Its lovely wide terrace with the captivating sea view, the colorful garden, adds a sense of tranquillity and relaxation. For the hot summer days, all 3 bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans. Ideal for family-friends vacations as well as romantic getaways. An island that combines sandy beaches with beautiful forest scenery. The location is 15 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes with the bus to the centre of Poros. Explore the village, take long walks by the sea, dine in the traditional Greek taverns, take the scenic traditional boats to explore the island. Poros Island is serviced by both sea and road routes from Athens.By sea (from the port of Piraeus you can reach the island in little over an hour using the fast flying dolphin & catamaran services, alternatively driving from Athens to the coastal town of Galatas (where car ferries service the island every 30 minutes) can be achieved in 2 1/2 hours.

Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. Η μία παραλία απέχει μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια και ή άλλη 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια Είναι καινούργιο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με δύο air conditions και δύο τηλεοράσεις. Διαθέτει ξεχωριστή τουαλέτα και ξεχωριστή ντουζιέρα Επίσης διαθέτει πλυντήριο στεγνωτηριο. Είναι πολύ άνετο για να κάνει την διαμονή σας αξέχαστη εμπειρία.

The apartment includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round.
