The Nut House

Located 4 mins (driving) from the Historic Denton County courthouse square, 5 mins from TWU and 8 mins from UNT. Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts are 15-20 mins.

This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

Second, however, I created this home for you: The guest on a budget (fuck cleaning fees) with plans in Denton's best neighborhood. I love my home. A lot. And I think you will, too.
