Rich in character and charm, it offers a warm, inviting stay with thoughtfully styled interiors. Located moments from Pakington Street and Shannon Avenue, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy local cafés, shops, and restaurants. The Waterfront, city centre, and GMHBA Stadium are all just 5-minute drive away, with the Spirit of Tasmania terminal 8 minutes from the door.

A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

A peaceful rural outlook, sounds of frogs and birds, while lying in a luxurious bath in a stylish, spacious retreat, super comfy queen bed. 2.5km to Whites beach. Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Cooking facilities: BBQ, plus a kitchenette with microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.
