This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

Echo Beach Cottage is a beautiful, new, couples/family escape. Access two beaches ( One Mile & Samurai Beach) via a 200m walking track through Tomaree National Park and stroll down the sand dunes. The perfect place to relax, swim, surf, fish etc. Walk to Koala Sanctuary. Close to all points of interest /activities, only 5min to beautiful Birubi Beach & the popular Stockton Sand Dunes, 6min to 2 main shopping centres, Marina & more beaches. Swimmers Rest, classic beach house, dog friendly

Swimmers Rest is a retro, colourful beach house harking back to childhood holidays by the sea, but with modern comfortable amenities. The house has two indoor living areas, three outdoor zones, high ceilings, lots of light & has been thoughtfully & sustainably decorated. It has easy access to stunning beaches and great bushwalks. Small dogs welcome, but check with us first. The emphasis at Swimmers’ Rest is to slow down, kick back and enjoy!

A shared Laundry is available. Located a short stroll from pristine Shoal and Fingal Beaches , this centrally positioned Shoal Bay retreat offers easy access to everything you may need.

Jess Cottage

Beautiful garden cottage only 250m from the beach. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants and the legendary Shoal Bay Country Club. Due to work I can’t be on site at all times to sort out linen. Please bring your own sheet sets and towels, toiletries. I can arrange linen and towels through a 3rd party at an additional cost, just ask and I’ll get you a price. Hope you love the bay as much as I do.
