Le Iris delle Cinque Terre è un appartamento indipendente con giardino, terrazzo e totale vista mare. A 5 minuti di auto dal centro. A 12 km da Portovenere e le Cinque Terre. Spazio per colazione e pranzi all'aperto. Spezie e limoni sono a disposizione. Ottima location anche per chi necessita di un periodo di tranquillità per studio. The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Dimora di fascino nel centro storico affacciata sul mare. A pochi minuti a piedi dai servizi e dalla spiaggia,la casa é immersa nel verde e gode di silenzio e privacy. Due camere da letto matrimoniali ,una cucina attrezzata,zona soggiorno un bagno e mezzo ,uno splendido patio con vista mare e il giardino renderanno il vostro soggiorno comodo e rilassante. Il battello che porta alle 5 terre parte appena scesi da una scala adiacente la casa,la stazione ferroviaria invece dista 20 Min a piedi.
