Cosy Cornish Woodland Retreat

Escape reality in this thoughtfully converted Woodland retreat, in the renowned and secluded 40 acre Pendarves bluebell woods. Near the historic mining town of Camborne, we are a short 20 minute walk from the mainline train station (6 by taxi). A plentiful supply of local attractions, reached most easily by those with their own vehicle. St Ives (13 miles), Falmouth (15 miles), Penzance (20 miles). Sadly we do not allow pets and due to the nature of the site, it is not wheelchair friendly.

Beautiful Shepherd's Hut in Mid Cornwall

Welcome to our beautiful Shepherd's Hut. Perfectly proportioned with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, all in its own enclosed, private garden. The hut has a double bed, boutique dining table and chairs, kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge kettle and toaster. It has its own water heater, radiator and heated towel rail. The bathroom also has a large mirror, and large electric shower. The hut is positioned in its own private garden laid to grass with views over our fields.

Wheal Comfort - 'Westy'

Westy is a lovely static VW campervan to rent in a private yard with a shower/toilet/laundry. It sleeps one or two people sharing a double bed. We are a short walk from the train station, a Tesco store, the stunning Carbis bay beach, several pubs and only a 20 minute walk from the Beautiful St Ives town. Why not pack a bag, jump on the train and leave your car and worries behind and enjoy a relaxing week in the Cornish sea air with optional private Iyengar Yoga classes with Lucy Aldridge.

Cornwall Woodland Shepherd's Hut with Hot Tub

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Welcome to Deirdre's- a luxury self contained shepherds hut snuggled into the wild woods of mid Cornwall complete with a wood fired hot tub. The hut has all you need for a wholesome stay yet sits in the undisturbed forest floor allowing guests to truly feel disconnected to the outside world. Meet our resident deer Deirdre & her partner Dennis, as they shuffle their way through the trees. Enjoy the birdsong & all the outdoors has to offer.

Pentargon view, Boscastle

Pentargon View is a charming touring caravan situated on our small, family-run campsite. The best of both worlds: breathtaking sea views and serene countryside landscapes. A peaceful retreat. Our location is ideal for exploring the beautiful North Cornwall coast. The historic village of Boscastle, with its picturesque harbor, quaint shops, and cozy pubs, is just a five-minute drive away. The coastal path is only a short walk from the campsite, offering spectacular hikes with amazing views.

Private Lakeside Double Decker Bus

The bus has travelled over half a million miles, only to wind up here. I converted it during lockdown #2, and spent a few months living in it last winter, lighting many fires and seeing the occasional otter. The space is solely yours, in a little woodland nook hidden a field deep from the road, you won't see anyone or visa versa. It's also fully fenced, for your pets to enjoy a run around. Both the coast and the relative wilderness of Dartmoor are 30 mins away. Enjoy some stars ✌🏻

Buttercup. Vintage feel Caravan. St Eval.

Cute little caravan, sleeps 2 with the option of popping a few little ones on the sofa seats. Situated on a quiet caravan site on a farm on the outskirts of ST EVAL. Buttercup is old and wonky and has limited facilities but has a lovely feel to it. There is a lovely outside grassy area for enjoying the morning sun, a fire pit/BBQ and outside seating area. On a small site with NO facilities so if you are after entertainment and manicured grounds this probably isn't the place for you.

Zilda the Army Truck

Zilda is a stunning Eastern European Army Truck which has been fully converted into a unique cosy glamping truck here at Rosevidney. She is in our meadow along with two safari tents. You have your own shower in a converted horsebox and a flushing loo, just yards away. Whatever the weather you will be warm and snug as she was built for Siberian winters and is fitted with a lovely small wood burning stove. All bedding is provided as well as pots pans etc We do not provide towels.

The Owl Tent

The owl tent is based on a working farm in North Cornwall. Close to many popular local beaches. The tent is self contained with its own outdoor kitchen with enough cooking equipment you should need for the duration of your stay. The toilet and shower block is a short walk across the field, there is a torch provided for night time wanders. Port Isaac is a short 3 mile drive or a 45 minute (roughly) walk through the valley. Polzeath beach is just under 4 miles away.

Bean

Whether it’s a wild weekend or a feral fortnight, you can escape the everyday and find a simpler way of being in Bean, our little vintage caravan. Nestled alone in semi tropical foliage in our wilderness garden, with far-reaching views of beautiful St Austell Bay, you’ll find colour and peace…. Your stay in Bean will have minimal environmental impact - it is totally off-grid, with a solar panel for phone charging & a light.
