You will be close to everything you want and need - the cottage is just a short bus ride from the Middlebury Amtrak Station, within walking distance of Middlebury College, downtown Middlebury, the Middlebury Food Coop, and the 19-mile Trail Around Middlebury. Just a short drive brings you to Rikert Nordic Center, Middlebury Snow Bowl, the Long Trail, and more!

Directly on the shore of Lake Dunmore, our lakefront getaway is a peaceful escape 15 minutes from Middlebury College. Whether you're visiting campus, celebrating graduation, or simply looking for a quiet retreat in nature, this home offers the perfect balance of lakefront relaxation and easy access to town. Spring is a beautiful time on Lake Dunmore. Enjoy mornings with coffee overlooking the water, take a walk along nearby trails, or explore the food scene and shops in downtown Middlebury.

This Is Our Farmhouse

Welcome to our Farmhouse! A 2.6 acre property one mile from Bristol Village shopping & restaurants, 20 minutes to Middlebury, 35 minutes to Burlington & Sugarbush. You are staying in the main house. The home is three stories, four bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, three living room spaces, two sofa beds and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. We live on on the property with an outdoor cat & German Shepherd Jax. We are pet friendly with fee. * Steep stairs from 1st to 2nd floor.

It easily sleeps 8+ so it’s perfect for families, big groups, and well behaved furry friends. There are three bedrooms with California kings plus one queen sleeper couch in the separate living room. There are picturesque views from all 3 levels to enjoy sunsets, sunrises and the resident Bald Eagle soaring by.

Charming 2-bedroom home located on 27 acres is a perfect retreat! Vantage Point is surrounded by apple orchards, fields and woods. Whether you stay for two nights or a month, our home has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing! Close to Middlebury & Middlebury College (20 min) and Vergennes (30 min). Ferry to Ticonderoga, NY is just 2 miles down the road as is a boat ramp to Lake Champlain. Recent updates include new washer and dryer, new oven, Roku smart tv.

A short walk to Middlebury's coffee shops, retail stores, and restaurants. Very close to Middlebury College and just minutes from hiking, biking, skiing, and many other outdoor activities in the mountains and on the shores of Lake Dunmore or Lake Champlain. Perfect for a quiet stay in town or as an adventure home base. Off-street parking for two cars.

Spread out in our rustic but cozy 4 bedroom home! The entire house will be yours to enjoy, along with a dock, sauna, 2 kayaks, 2 SUPs and a canoe. AC and heaters make this a year round retreat. New STARLINK provides fast wifi. The quiet dirt road that leads to the house is perfect for evening strolls, bird watching and kid exploration (bring your bikes!). Local eateries and breweries will keep you fueled for your fun, or just relax on the screened in porch

Lake house on Lake Dunmore. Come and enjoy summer on the lake. Perfect for late summer and foliage. Sunsets and loons. Hiking, kayaking & cookouts. 3 kayaks w/ life vests on site. Gas grill, patio furniture, table and chairs on dock. Swim ladder from Dock. Dock with whips available to dock boat (19 ft. or less). 8 Miles to Middlebury. 5 minutes to store and year round lakeside restaurant. Garage for bike storage [not for cars]. 3 day minimum stay.

This oasis in town provides back yard gardens and walking distance to downtown shops/restaurants.

This recently renovated home is conveniently located 1.5 miles from Middlebury College campus and all that Middlebury has to offer! The back deck and spacious yard are perfect for relaxing outdoors. The open floor plan is cozy for one and accommodates families well. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Pack 'n Play and highchairs are available for young children upon request.
