This is the place! Our reviews don’t lie! Our townhome is about a mile away from Whitecap Beach. This home is near all of the best restaurants, one of the cutest coffee shops, boat ramp nearby. Park is just steps away with volleyball & basketball courts as well as playground equipment. Fishing Charters and Golf cart rentals nearby. Lets be honest! You need a vacation! Come to Fortuna Bay Island Escape, built in 2021, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1757sq ft home. This coastal townhome is great for sunsets, tans, private HEATED pool time during October-February, fishing on the canal across the street, playing sand volleyball or at the park across the street, playing some games, grilling some bbq, outdoor entertainment and more! The beach is down the street, a 5 min cruise in a golf cart!
