Down a flowery lane on the edge of the village, our 1870 cottage is restored with traditional materials and an architect-designed extension. The guest suite is thoughtfully decorated with art and vintage furniture. Listen to birdsong on the veranda overlooking our lush garden. Relax by the fire or walk from our doorstep on footpaths and country lanes to scenic Heydon or Itteringham; both with proper country pubs and pretty cafes. The beach is just 20 mins drive, Georgian Holt 15 and Norwich 30.

Carpenters Yard is a stylish boutique detached cottage in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Completely renovated to the highest standard, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat equidistant from the North Norfolk coast and Norwich. The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

Dog Cottage

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for guests with infants or toddlers. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.
