Heavenly Box Hill Barn

Located on a large farm, relax at this beautifully converted barn whilst enjoying the magnificent sweeping views across the countryside. This is a truly special place to get away from it all. Perfect for friends getaways and families, this spacious barn has two generous seating areas that lead out onto an outdoor seating area. Enjoy a barbecue for dinner followed by some stargazing around the fire pit. In winter, underfloor heating and log burner will keep you cosy. The views are all year round!

The Loft, St Catherine, Bath.

A beautiful, private self-catering studio apartment set in sought after luscious green, exclusive and wild destination of St Catherine, just 20 minutes from World Heritage site city of Bath. Guests have exclusive use of private hot tub for en extra cost please see details below. There is a pet fee of £20 per pet. In summer months guests can hire fire bowl/barbecue and logs, for £20. Nestled between historic Lacock and Georgian Bath, Jeannie's Cottage is located on Church Walk close to Melksham's town centre. This pretty street is one of Melksham's hidden gems, regularly winning prizes in ‘Melksham in Bloom’ contests. It is steeped in history and part of the town's conservation area. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

Badgers Bothy is set within a woodland glade in the grounds of the 16th century Amberley Farmhouse and provides the most unique and charming country escape. Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

Cosy Lex Cottage overlooking National Trust Lacock

A pretty 19th-century detached cottage set within a large rolling garden with shallow stream and summerhouse overlooking meadowland and stunning views over the National Trust medieval village of Lacock. This period cottage includes a double aspect living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and utility room, double and twin bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom with oval bath and fitted shower. There is also an additional bed in the summerhouse if required.

Excellent pub food locally at ‘The White Horse’, a minutes stroll away. ‘The White Hart’ at Ford, on the river is excellent.
