Heavenly Box Hill Barn

Located on a large farm, relax at this beautifully converted barn whilst enjoying the magnificent sweeping views across the countryside. This is a truly special place to get away from it all. Perfect for friends getaways and families, this spacious barn has two generous seating areas that lead out onto an outdoor seating area. The house is situated between two picturesque villages of Batheaston and Bathford on the eastern outskirts of Bath. It is in the perfect location to explore the stunning City of Bath. And enjoy wonderful local walks in the surrounding countryside which is within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bath is only a 10-15min drive. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

Cosy Lex Cottage overlooking National Trust Lacock

A pretty 19th-century detached cottage set within a large rolling garden with shallow stream and summerhouse overlooking meadowland and stunning views over the National Trust medieval village of Lacock. This period cottage includes a double aspect living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and utility room, double and twin bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom with oval bath and fitted shower. There is also an additional bed in the summerhouse if required.
