This loft with 2 suites and a living room with kitchenette was carefully decorated with luxury details, art and timeless design furniture. It was personalized to make you feel at home. It´s only a 5 minute walk to Tavira city centre, a 3 minute walk to the market and close to all the great Ria Formosa beaches. The ground floor has 2 patios, an open-plan living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower. The 1st floor has 1 open-plan bedroom with a mezzanine (with living area with desk) and a bathroom with shower. Very central location, 500m from the Marina. Quiet street with restaurants very close by. There is a house under construction next door that may cause noise during the day.
