A casa localiza-se em pleno Geoparque Algarvensis, no Algarve Central, sítio da Portela de Messines, a 7 Km da típica aldeia de Alte, dotada de piscinas naturais. O lugar está incluído na rota pedestre da Via Algarviana que percorre todo o Algarve Interior. A 20 Km encontra-se a cidade histórica de Silves, e poderá visitar no percurso um conjunto de monumentos pré-históricos na localidade de Vale Fuzeiros. As praias mais próximas situam-se a 25 minutos de distância e o aeroporto a 45 minutos.

Semi detached, small rural casa, with nearby small farms and close to orange / avocado plantations. 30 minutes to Faro airport and 25 minutes to nearest beach. 5 minutes to closest town. A small 'welcome pack' for our guests on arrival, comprising of bread, milk, eggs, fruit, vegetables, tea, coffee, etc., and a small amount of washing-up liquid, detergent, toilet roll, shampoo, BBQ charcoal, so no rush to local supermarket immediately upon arrival. Take a basket & harvest veggies and fruit for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Each season has its picks. Being there means you love outdoors, experience nature, hikes, and get inspired and humbled by simplicity.

Nestled amongst serene hills - perfect for morning walks - it's beautifully in touch with nature. Olhão and Tavira are 20 mins away, Santa Catarina 7 mins and the beach 20 mins too.
