Our Place

Our quiet 1940's farmhouse will have you feeling you are at Grandma's house. Surrounded by beautiful, gently rolling hills, Our Place is kid friendly with plenty of room to roam or relax by the fire with family and friends. A detached garage is available for added security. We are a short drive to Kid’s America, Roscoe Village, Amish country and area wineries. No pets or smoking to protect guests with allergies. Very clean. Perfect for families or hunting groups. Pearl's Place in heart of Historic Roscoe Village

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE to stay in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village! The 1860's canal era building has a long history, originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the main floor was a pharmacy and dry goods store. This apartment is where the original hotel lobby was first located. You will now find a full kitchen, full bathroom, living/dining room, and a bedroom with a king size bed. The apartment has Direct TV as well as high speed internet.

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. The carport, attached to the home, makes for a safe and convenient entry. Charming backyard gives space to be outside. Pet friendly with a deposit.

Arrowhead Ridge Off-Grid Cabin #2 No hidden fees!

This new cabin is one of two on the property. Both cabins are private and off-grid (no power or running water). This cabin is accessed through a mowed field by a camp Jeep (provided) and has the amenities shown in the photos. It overlooks a creek and is a great place to view wild-life and get back to nature and unplug from the hectic pace of life. Play cards/games, read, hike and make memories.
