Alberca, terraza, asador y estacionamiento privado dentro de la propiedad. La propiedad está conformada por la casa principal y dos bungalows. La casa con dos baños completos, sala con TV, habitación en planta baja con aire acondicionado, cocina con comedor. Para subir a la segunda habitación hay unas escaleras acantiladas. La segunda habitación solo cuenta con ventilador, además acceso a un balcón con vista al mar. Los dos bungalows tienen su cocineta, TV, aire acondicionado y baño completo.
