Il Mirtino is a small and welcoming one bedroom apartment on the first floor in the center of the Myrsine Residence in Murta Maria. It’s about 10 minutes from Olbia airport and the port. The main services such as bars, supermarket, restaurants, bus stop, laundry and pharmacy are also reachable on foot. A 10 minute walk takes you to the beach of Marina Maria and in a few minutes by car you will find wonderful beaches such as Porto Istana, Cala Brandinchi, Porto Taverna, Cala Girgolu, La Cinta.

Facilmente raggiungibile, Porto San Paolo dista 15 km dal porto di Olbia e 12 km dall’aeroporto Costa Smeralda. Vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona e a pochi minuti dalla piazza dove fruire del servizio di traghetti per l'isola di Tavolara. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.
