Modern apartment-Wonderful View-sea and Lisbon city. Very fast Wi-Fi. The apartment is about 100m from Costa da Caparica beach and that is excellent for surfing. All facilities, restaurants, bars, shops .. are nearby. Very easy to visit Lisbon by car, or bus. or riding a bicycle and taking a boat to Belem. Nice places to visit: Lisbon (Belem, downtown, Bairro Alto and Parque das Nacoes), Cascais Village(beach and the city), Sintra Village(monuments), Setubal Arrabida Mountain and Comporta.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

Newly renovated 1 bedroom flat a few steps from the sand of the central beach of Costa da Caparica. This place is good for couples, solo adventures ( surfers) business travelers and families with kids. Tastefully decorated throughout and modern fitted kitchen with all appliances and spacious living area. The flat is on a ground floor ( but high ) with is own private access and comes with towels, cookware, iron, hair-dryer, WiFi and cable TV.

In the center of Costa da Caparica and 7 minutes walk to the beach, we have a lovely cozy house to make you feel at home, just 20 minutes from the vibrant Lisbon. This amazing place has a private terrace, 3 bedrooms, a cozy living room and equipped kitchen. With beautiful art and design and comfortable furniture in all rooms and terrace. Did we mention it is 7 min walk to some amazing surf spots? ;)

Dear Guests, I want to welcome you to the Turtle Beach House in Costa da Caparica. From the last floor (5th floor with elevator) you have a beautiful open view over the neighbourhood and to the Ocean (see pictures). There is space to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace or enjoy the sunset from the hammock after a day at the beach.
