Villetta Giacomo is a beautiful independent house with swimming pool, whirlpool and a large veranda. Guests will always be welcomed with courtesy in a simple but well-kept environment. The main body of the house consists of a living room communicating with the kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, two double bedrooms and two internal bathrooms + one external. The house is equipped with all household necessities. It is about 2 km from the "Santa Maria del Focallo" beach and 7 km from Pozzallo.

3 bedroom bungalow is set on 3 tumoli of land complete with private pool, BBQ area, beach soccer pitch and countryside views. Well lit house with nature views from every window. Kitchen complete with dishwasher and espresso machine, washing machine and dryer. Shower with rain shower jets. Bedrooms have TV and good quality mattresses and linen for a good night sleep.
