Welcome to our newly refurbished holiday home which has been made perfect for family and friends to enjoy the stunning Costa Teguise costal area of Lanzarote. Our home which comfortably sleeps 5, is just 1 minute walk from the sea front and 10 minute walk to the centre of Costa Teguise. Playa Bastian offers 3 communal swimming pools and a great tapas bar open throughout the day. The local area is full of fabulous restaurants & bars and further a field there are so many wonderful places to visit.

Apartamento de lujo junto a la playa, en el animado corazón de Costa Teguise. El interior minimalista, con piezas de arte y vegetación, invita a la paz y al descanso. En su terraza disfrutarás del cielo y el mar. Está equipado al detalle: cocina de diseño, iluminación indirecta, ducha multifunción, rincón de lectura, comedor interior y exterior... Fue ideado por la propietaria, escritora, como su rincón de calma, por lo que es más que un apartamento vacacional. Lo sentirás como un hogar.

Casita Oasis

Die Casita Oasis liegt in ruhiger Dorflage in Mala. Es ist ein gemütliches modernes Ferienhäuschen. Das Haus ist ca. 45 qm groß und verfügt über einen Wohn-/Essraum sowie einen Schlafbereich, der durch eine Wand optisch abgegrenzt ist. Der Wohnbereich geht per Glasschiebetür in eine Ostterrasse mit Gartenblick über. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen von einer Natursteinmauer umgebenen, windgeschützten und zum Süden ausgerichteten Sonnenplatz sowie eine kleine Terrasse mit gemauertem Grill.

Casa Lupe. Art-inspired courtyard house in Teguise

Located within the historic complex of Teguise, (Lanzarote's former capital and current cultural centre of the island) this charming, artistic, late nineteenth century courtyard-house, has been thoughtfully renovated preserving its original architectural features, combining tradition and modernity. The thick volcanic walls, terracotta floors and timber ceilings create a backdrop whereby natural light, colours, textures and works of art form a series of unique spaces.

The Light- House : light and 360 views.

With windows all all sides you will be immerse into Famara ocean and Famara cliff. Inside and outside merge in this loft bathed with light from dawn to sunset. The 360 views are exceptional from the inside and unique from the outside. Ideal to unwind, relax, be touched by nature and the elements. A Beautiful Country House with Warm, Heated Pool!

If you like the idea of being far away from the resorts & tourist hotspots yet within walking distance of a few bars & decent restaurants then this could be ideal for you! Casita Palmera (VV-35-3-0011146) is a gorgeous country house that sits in the stunning 'valley of a thousand palms' of Haria with superb walks & bike trails The dining room & patio have superb views over the valley. We have a heated pool which is always held to 29 degrees minimum.

Finca Mimosa ( Casa Panama)

200 Jahre alte Finca mit großem botanischen Garten, am Südrand der Stadt Teguise. Die Casa Panama, Teil der Finca Mimosa, ist eine auf der Insel seltene grüne Oase der Ruhe. Die über 200 Jahre alte Finca wurde im traditionellen Landhausstil hufeisenförmig um einen 135 m2 großen Patio herum gebaut. Sie ist umgeben von einem 2000 m2 großen, exotischen Garten mit vielen inseltypischen Pflanzen und Bäumen, darunter 28 Palmen, viele davon haushoch.

Casa Guayarmina.

Guayarmina es una casa de 90m2 aprox. con un jardín independiente muy soleado donde podréis desayunar y comer al aire libre; también hay una hamaca donde echar la siesta. Esta situada en una urbanización pequeña y con una piscina tranquila donde podréis bañaros todo el año( no está climatizada ) Esta situado en una zona de residentes muy tranquila, lejos de zonas de hoteles pero muy cerca de la playa y de supermercados (5 minutos caminando)

La casa dispone de una plaza de estacionamiento.
