What makes the villa unique is its splendid elevated position, overlooking the beach and the calm sea below, offering a picturesque view and moments of pure relaxation. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, soundproofing glass, and mosquito nets, ensuring maximum comfort in every season. The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner induction stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, 5kg washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Il mio alloggio è vicino al mare , vicino ad arte, cultura e stupende spiagge, vi piacerà per l'intimità e la posizione ed è adatto a coppie perché e dotato di tre condizionatori , creando così una privaci totale. Nella casa troverete due kayak, 4 posti al mare con letti da spiaggia, una cassapanca con maschere, pinne e giochi , ombrelloni ,teli da mare e frigo box portatile per le vostre giornate in spiaggia. C'è anche la possibilità di organizzare delle gite giornaliere con una barca a vela.

Nel residence Geremeas mare (45 km da aeroporto): appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino privato, composto da ingresso, salone con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia , veranda con terrazza vista mare (privati) dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali, ulteriore terrazzino (privato) sulla spiaggia (e' il terrazzo più vicino in assoluto alla spiaggia ) .

Accogliente appartamento con incantevole veranda vista mare dalla quale potrete ammirare tramonti mozzafiato. Ospita fino ad un massimo di 6 persone ed è dotato di lavatrice, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, tv. Dista circa 50 mt dalla spiaggia sottostante. La località ideale per gli amanti del mare e della tranquillità. Durante le giornate di maestrale il surf è lo sport preferito lungo la costa. Le bellissime Dune di Piscinas sono raggiungibili in circa mezz'ora di auto.Centro Diving in zona

Piccolo attico sul mare di Cagliari, confortevole, con una terrazza su tre lati da cui vedi il mare, la laguna dei fenicotteri rosa, il profilo della Sella del Diavolo, l'alba e il tramonto. A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. Villa Celeste, privacy sport and relaxation. Built in 1960, is an exclusive villa in Cagliari just 5 minutes drive from the city center. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
