The Hobbit is a small cosy hideaway, located within the grounds of a beautiful English country garden. The space gives the feeling of an old ships cabin, with original oak beams and panelling. The place might be small but still has all the comforts of home, including a standard double bed, underfloor heating and a deep roll top bath. As well as being furnished with antique fixtures and fittings. The Hobbit has a small but lovely garden room, where guests can just watch the world go by.

Earlham Park is just around the corner for dog walks, runs or just enjoyment of the park. The University also has a lovely lake and park areas.

It is located on the same spacious site as the owners house in the picturesque, south Norfolk village of Saxlingham Nethergate. Outside is a private fully enclosed garden and lockable shed for bike storage.

The Folly - one off luxury Glamping accommodation

This is a bespoke type of glamping accommodation, which was completed in 2018. Currently single night bookings are excepted from Sunday-Friday with a minimum of 2 nights Friday -Sunday.
