Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), a 400 m. Antico borgo su Prealpi Trevigiane, fra Piave e malghe, fondato XVI-XVII sec da carbonai istriani attirati da acque e legname. Al centro di tante possibilità: 10 min da Valdobbiadene/colline prosecco patrimonio UNESCO, 20 da Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; un'ora da Venezia e Dolomiti. Per anni sono stato unico abitante, oggi siamo in 6, romanticamente immerso nel verde, rilassante, per ritrovare se stessi fra natura bellezza enogastronomia escursioni.

A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Located within the historic Leoni Palace, dating back to the 14th century, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxurious and pictoresque 75 sqm apartment. Positioned at the canal bridge level. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a compact bathroom with shower and premium amenities. Each room boasts stunning views of the canal. Additionally, every room is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, and a Smart TV in the master bedroom.

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Casa Linda è un alloggio indipendente ricavato da un ex laboratorio di falegnameria, accanto alla nostra abitazione. Offre molta privacy, vi accoglie con il suo arredo originale ed ecosostenibile. Il calore della stufa a legna crea un ambiente confortevole ( unica fonte di riscaldamento della stanza). Casa Linda si trova ai piedi dei colli Berici, a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Vicenza, immersa nel verde ma vicina ai principali collegamenti stradali e servita da una pista ciclabile.
