It has a kitchen with Neff combi oven, induction hob, small fridge freezer, breakfast bar and Franke belfast sink. Upstairs to bespoke double bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom and downstairs sitting room have french windows. Fast internet via cat6 cable to router make remote working easy

Self contained ground floor annexe in large house close to the City of Nottingham and beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Sleeps 2/3. Master bedroom (double) with en-suite wet room, single bedroom, separate shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Under floor heating, wi-fi, Cable TV with Movie & Sports channels. On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

Bottom Cottage Studio Room

Our Bottom cottage studio room is in a converted barn next to the main farmhouse, in the centre of Cotgrave village, 10 minutes from Nottingham. It is a ground floor room. It has a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Ensuite shower/toilet. Hypnos double bed and single bed. Wardrobe with ironing board and iron. A child's camp bed can be added at £20.00 per night. Breakfast is available on request at £12.50 per person. Dog friendly. £5 per night. Please include this at the time of booking.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Sitting/dining area with table, sofa bed & second free view TV, adjoining a kitchenette, ceramic hob, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cupboards, crockery and utensils.

Just a 20 minute drive to Nottingham city centre, with Motorpoint arena, the City ground and Trent Bridge cricket ground even closer.

Set in the Vale of Belvoir between Cropwell Bishop and Colston Bassett a self contained annex is offered. The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

With walks on the farm land and surroundings, local village pubs, cycling along the Grantham canal or in the Vale of Belvoir. Shepherds Hut+Hot Tub+BBQ Hut on farm with animals

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
