Escape the city and relax at our modern off-grid cabin. Amazing views of the wet mountain hills during the day and the moon and stars at night. Hang out and relax, or explore the nearby attractions. The Royal Gorge is only 10 minutes away and there is nearby access to the Arkansas River and rafting. There are plenty of scenic roads to explore nearby as well as 4x4, ATV, MTB, and hiking trails. Nearby towns of Cañon City, Salida, Cotapaxi, Westcliffe, and Florence offer abundant old west history.

My river property is located right on the edge of the Arkansas river in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The property is comfortably accessed by the highway with ample parking for 4 automobiles. At the same time there is 1200’of private river access with a large comfortable access via boating and wading. Our property is really all about the river. In the spring, summer and fall the river can really be moving. This provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sounds, birds and pastoral scene.
