Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. The village is a haven of peace and quiet but close to the historic towns of Stow on the Wold, Chipping Campden and Broadway among others. There are also many beautiful walks straight from the door

Located right next door to the 'Modiste' Dress shop (Bridgerton), in the building that was styled as Mme Delacroix’s house in the Netflix series, this very spacious Regency property has quite simply the most desirable address!
