Located between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, Cotton Tree has a "sleepy hollow" feel to it. Cose to the beach, Maroochy river, shops and cafes and wonderful restaurants. If you need to unwind, our lovely, older style, clean renovated apartment will have you relaxed in no time. Please note our apartment is located on the 2nd level and there are 2 flights of steps to climb.

We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.
