The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the large living room includes a queen-size sofa bed. Guests can enjoy two hot tubs in a shared space in 100-year-old orchard—one electric with 54 jets, the other a wood-fired tub.

It has a wonderful setting, located approx. 6 km from the scenic seaside harbour village of Kinvara which is on the Wild Atlantic Way and approx. 5 km from the market town of Gort. The name Tierneevin is an Irish word meaning 'A Beautiful Place', so the name speaks for itself. There are a number of green road walks through the beautiful Burren countryside only a short distance away from the house.

It is a 20 minute drive to the beautiful lough derg and a 40 minute drive to the Burren and the west Clare wild Atlantic way
