Farnley Tower Guesthouse is a prominent Victorian mansion with Restaurant and Bar onsite. Sited in an elevated position, provides stunning views over Durham Castle, Cathedral and surrounding Countryside. Oak beams, sandstone walls and cast-iron staircase are key features in the attic with a Double Deluxe bedroom room named Tower Shower Room with its own Private separate bathroom, called the Tower Shower Bathroom and is located opposite the Bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with 32-inch smart TV, Hairdryer,Kitchenette including microwave, mini fridge, complimentary water, tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits, plates, cutlery and bathroom providing towels and toiletries. The bedroom has a Double bed, Desk, Mirror, Chair, Bedside Tables, Chest of Drawers, Freestanding Clothes Hanger and Central Heating. Maximum occupancy is 2.

Friendly B&B in beautiful rural setting

Rampson B&B offers guests beautiful rural views and wonderful wildlife on our doorstep. Emma and Andrew love to entertain and socialise - dependent upon your wishes. Accommodation is a room with ensuite bathroom and king bed for 2 guests, however, if you are a party of 3 or 4, we can make a twin bedroom available with private access to our family bathroom. A varied breakfast is included and, we can offer dinner. Ideal for nature lovers and hikers, if you need a lift to/from Kirkby Stephen - ask.

I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. However it can be bright early on summer mornings. The beds are partly separated from the seating by a screen. Many birds and mammals can be seen

Home from home in Darlington - the attic.

Attic in my shared home. I'm vegetarian. The house is spacious with tranquil garden, in friendly street in the West End. We are a pleasant 15 mins. walk to the town centre for shops, pubs and restaurants. Close to the Memorial Hospital for NHS workers. Great for work, visiting friends/family or holidays. Breakfast can be arranged "make it yourself" fashion at an additional cost of £5. Vegan and gluten free food on offer. Wifi is fast. EVs can be charged at an additional cost. Please discus.

Modern, quiet and restful top floor rooms

Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track

Courtyard Studio

The Courtyard studio offers self contained accommodation within our guesthouse located in Horden. The studio offers 1 king-size bed (or 2 singles if requested) plus a sofa bed. A kitchenette area offering a microwave and toaster with tea & coffee making facilities also provided. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the guesthouse. Great travel links with Access to the A19 within minutes which links to Durham, Sunderland & Newcastle. The newly opened train station is also only a short walk away.

Rural haven B&B with stunning views

Unique and tranquil getaway B&B, a house full of character with great views. Overlooking the West Allen Valley, a perfect base from which to explore this unspoilt area or to simply stay put and relax. For walkers, Isaac’s Tea Trail runs through the garden. Pubs, cafes and shops are 10 minutes' drive away in Allendale. Continental breakfast included. Art workshops available on request. We look forward to sharing our lovely home with you. Holehouse bunkhouse is situated in Eastgate Weardale in an Area of outstanding national beauty. The bunkhouse has 3 bedrooms with 4 bunks and one pull out bed in each, with 1 bathroom for each room. The communal kitchen has a washing machine, cooking facilities and fridge freezer. The bunkhouse is situated on the Weardale way with the footpath passing through the farm. The C2C cycle route also passes very close by. 2 stables are also available with grazing facilities.

Near Hadrian’s Wall and medieval Blanchland, Pry lies just south of Hexham and Corbridge, making it the perfect base for exploring Northumberland and beyond.
