Set on a private and secluded lakeside property, you can stroll along our sandy beach, wander through woodlands, reconnect with nature, swim in the lake, cast a line, or make friends with our donkeys. Complete with a private hot tub, sauna and private jetty to have a dip. A perfect base for touring the west of Ireland.

Stroll by the river to shops, pubs & woods for dog walks. Bedroom (king bed) shower room, living/kit/dining (sofa bed for one)

Cottage is 100 yards from mile-long sandy beach and Minaun Cliffs - among highest in Europe. The Toolis family have lived here for over 400 years. The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. Surf school for all ages. Fabulous walks begin right at the door from easy to mountain hikes. Good for couples and families. Good WiFi. Wheelchair accessible.

The house sits on 1 acre site and is an ideal peaceful retreat with easy access to beautiful beaches and Carn golf club.The house consists of 2 bedrooms which will sleep 5, one ensuite and a main bathroom. There is a large open plan kitchen living dining area and separate utility room.
