Restored 2 storey grain barn, with all the original beams and stonework. 10 minutes from Callan. Kilkenny city is 25 minutes away and Cashel is 35 minutes. Clonmel 25 minutes. Down a short laneway. Lots of trees and pleasant countryside. We have cows and sheep here. Complimentary free range eggs and fresh spring water from our well. Friendly dogs, who love people! The bedroom area upstairs is divided into two bedrooms. You will be assured of a friendly warm welcome. Plenty of birdsong!

Tipperary and the trail is approximately 43 kilometres long. We are 5 minutes to Clare Glens, 10 minutes to Newport town and Murroe Village which hosts Glenstal Abbey, 34 minutes to Limerick city, 30 minutes to the scenic village of Killaloe,46 minutes to Shannon and 2 hours to Dublin Airport. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, etc. The toilet/wetroom has an Triton T90SR electric shower. There is a TV with saoirview channels. The tigín is beside our house. Less than 20 minutes from Kilkenny city and very close to Ballykeefe amphitheatre. 5 minutes drive to callan.
