This private cottage features a full kitchen, master bedroom with queen bed, loft with queen bed, south-facing sun deck, off street parking and free wifi. Beautifully landscaped, fall asleep to the sounds of our stream just outside your window!

Cozy Coop Tiny House

A 136 sq. ft. tiny house (cabin) on 6 acres along with the main house 1000 ft. to the north. Very private. Very yesteryear. You may encounter a spot of dust on a rough cut post or notice the patina (chipped paint) on one of the 100 year old windows, (it's a cabin) however all food and personal hygiene areas are professionally cleaned. About the ladder to the loft, I'm 6'4", and pushing 70, I have no problem, if you have physical limitations, it may be something to think about.

Our Little Cabin is a bright comfortable space with a 1/2 bath, including a sink and toilet. You will have access to a private full bath with roomy shower and laundry facilities accessible through our garage any time. There is a small refrigerator and microwave as well as Keurig coffee. There is a large window facing the garden with a view of the water through the trees. Longpoint Beach at the opening to Penn Cove is a 10 minute walk through our quiet neighborhood.
