Chalet « Marie » situé 25km Chamonix

Logement spacieux décoré avec soin avec une grande pièce à vivre et une cuisine tout équipée.. la chambre est une suite avec douche et un grand lit (160x200) . Il y a un jardin avec une petite terrasse privative ainsi qu’un parking privé.. Le chalet est proche des restaurants, des activités adaptées (pistes de ski et alpin, chemin de randonnée et VTT).. parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires.. Bébé ou personne supplémentaire nous ne sommes pas assurés REFUS

Chalet "Il fienile della nonna"

Autentica montagna. La casa si trova nei pressi del Parco Naturale del Mont Avic e a 3 km dal centro di Champorcher. L'alloggio è in una casa indipendente, situata in una frazione piccola e tranquilla a 1600 metri di altitudine; potrete quindi godere di pace, intimità e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura oppure relax e tranquillità. Possibilità di affitto stagionale/mensile per il periodo invernale.

Adatta per due persone, dista un chilometro da Courmayeur con i suoi negozi, bar e ristoranti, tre chilometri dalle terme di Pré Saint Didier e cinque chilometri da Sky Way, comoda base per escursioni, rafting, parco avventura, funivie. Posto auto privato e possibilità di usufruire dei parcheggi comunali gratuiti di cui uno coperto nelle immediate vicinanze. Vista sul Monte Bianco e catena.

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre adorable petite maison/ ancienne remise maçonnée entièrement rénovée et réaménagée avec soin mi 2021. Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.

My apartment is close to the cable cab that will bring you direct to the slopes during winter season (100 meters far from). The center, full of shops and restaurants is 5 minutes walk (500 meters). My house is brightly, quiet place and there is a private garden than you can enjoy. There is also a covered private parking. You will find a warm welcome. The house is perfect for couple, families with children
