The Studio is designed with guests in mind to include all the modern luxuries such as a Nespresso machine for your morning brew, a cosy bed, Smart TV, a rainforest shower head, white fluffy towels, heated towel rail & bathroom essentials.

If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Lovely view of the countryside, quiet, calm and relaxing. We allow a small dog, guests need to inform hosts of their intention to bring their pet with them, as there are certain rules/guidelines. Outside patio area with seating is welcomed to be used. The annexe is attached to the owners but with its own front door and key safe. To note are the space saver stairs which may be difficult for those with mobility issues.
