Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. The Hideout - in the heart of Ashdown Forest

The Hideout is located down a private drive, well off the road and right on Ashdown Forest. We are a five minute walk from Gills Lap which is a central walking hub on the forest. Dogs are welcome and there is a secure, enclosed courtyard garden. You can walk for miles from the gate and we provide maps and walking suggestions. Forest Row, a ten minute drive, provides good shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a great local pub, The Hatch Inn, which is walkable during daylight hours.

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.
