Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

The Lakehouse at Clearwater

The Lakehouse at Clearwater is close to Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City, Atlanta, Falcon Aviation Academy, Dr. Agrawal Freedom Allergy, Callaway Gardens, Reets Drying Academy, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America You’ll love the Lakehouse at Clearwater because of its serene lake views, quiet atmosphere, and even a bit of fishing or swimming in the pool (May to September). The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Located in the historic downtown area of Newnan, Georgia in a 3000 sq/ft historic building loft. Decorated by a designer with original artwork throughout. Hardwood floors or sisal floors and tiled bathrooms with very large private bedrooms accommodating up to 8 people. Large windows looking out over the downtown cityscape with restaurants, shopping, a gym and lovely parks within walking distance. Be aware that there are stairs to get to living area. Best for adults and older children.

Located in Historic downtown Senoia, this recently constructed apartment is just 300 yards from Senoia's main street with restaurants, boutique shops & the world-famous 'Alexandria' set of The Walking Dead. In view of the main house where hosts reside, this carriage house styled guest suite offers a king sized bed plus a trundle with two single beds for up to 4 people. Additional toddlers or infants may be accommodated upon request. Kitchen includes full sized oven and fridge. Cozy, private, surrounded in trees in a cul-desac neighborhood all on 7 acre lots.

Historic Newnan, Elegant & Roomy

Step back in time in this 1907 historic home in the Downtown Newnan historic district. The home boasts 14 foot ceilings, original historic interior, luxurious furnishings, bedding and accessories. This spacious home sleeps 12 comfortably and is the location for several lifetime movies. Enjoy some ice tea on the large wrap around front porch or a coffee on the back patio. The home has a 1 bedroom cottage that can also be rented for additional space.

We call it 'Rockaway Hideaway'.At the end of a tree lined drive,a hidden gem tucked away in a forest.There's 2 great decks. One for enjoying the morning quiet and the second has a gas grill and patio set,perfect for sunset meals.Our home was remodeled in 2020. Inside has beautiful,modern decor.There's a large,open kitchen,dining and sitting area for gathering.All new appliances and amenities for enjoying great meals together.Bathrooms are also all new.

Garden Flat with in unit W/D, Lake access

Garden Flat – No steps Cozy studio with private keyless entry on lake front property at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a self-contained unit in our carriage house with your own bathroom, washer/dryer and mini dry kitchen. Please note …there is a living space above the unit with 2 occupants and their service dog IRoh so there may be some foot noise and barking during the day. The TV is “smart". NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
