Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Pittenweem - Seafront Flat on the Mid Shore

The sea is right opposite your holiday flat in the traditional fishing village of Pittenweem. Watch the boats return to harbour in the evening and spot the sea life from your windows. Or go for a stroll along the shore. Thistle Flat offers self-catering accommodation for up to 3 adults or a family with 2 children. *Ground floor entrance to a large front room, with kitchen, dining table, TV, comfy chairs and sofabed. *Separate en suite double bedroom. *Free parking outside the door.

Central riverside balcony apartment located in the heart of the stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site of Dean Village. One of the most picturesque and oldest areas of Edinburgh with its narrow cobbled streets steeped in history. The outlook over the village and the river make this a rare and sought after setting. Dean Village is the most idyllic central location in Edinburgh with Princes Street being only a short 6 min walk away. Haymarket train station is within walking distance of the apartment.

Modern ground floor apartment, 15 minutes drive from St Andrews and Kingsbarns. 10 minutes from Crail, which is perfect if you attending a wedding at The Cow Shed. Tee times can be booked in advance for Crail . With a myriad of local attractions, award winning beaches, stunning views, coastal walks, ornithology, great local restaurants. As well as being only a 90 minute drive from the centre of Edinburgh, options for train travel/park and ride for the Fringe festival and the Christmas Market.

It's a beautiful, stylish, cosy holiday space for 2 with an ensuite shower room and self catering cooking facilities. A perfect romantic hideaway with doorstep parking, a private entrance and access to the family's large beautiful garden. The countryside apartment is set in mature parkland with a beech lined driveway to the house.

Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps two people in the living room. Bring your four legged friend as we are doggy friendly.

Fifies - Your Seaside Bolthole

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This bright and spacious one-bedroom studio has everything you need after a day exploring the East Neuk. Think super comfy seaside living. Walk down the Wynd to the beach in less than a minute. Walk up the Wynd to enjoy Pittenweem's High Street packed with independent shops and galleries. Walk either way for food and drink options as well as the ever popular Fife Coastal Path.

Our beautifully renovated, Grade B listed, stunning 2 bedroom , second floor flat overlooks Anstruther harbour. Situated in the 'East Neuk' of Fife it is ideally positioned for exploring the local fishing villages. 15 minutes drive takes you to St Andrews Home of Golf. Although we do accept 3 night bookings, our preference is for minimum 5 night stays during peak times (e.g school holidays)
