Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Make some memories at this unique, year round and family-friendly cottage. Relax and unwind in a 1890’s cottage completely renovated in 2022. Located in Morristown just minutes from the boat launch where you can enjoy the St Lawrence River. Plenty of room to park your boat and trailer. Scenic Black Lake is only 6 miles away. If you enjoy golf and great food take a short 4 mile drive to Langbrook Golf course. If you don’t feel like cooking Bedrock Cafe and Spirits is 1/2 mile from the cottage.

This cabin is camp to us and now a place for you to experience as well. 2 minutes by car or boat to the village of Saranac Lake. A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

Charming, spacious and newly renovated one bedroom cottage in Inlet, NY. Location, location , location! Located less than 5 min drive from the village and in an ideal location for snowmobilers! The cottage sits just across from a groomed trail. In the spring, summer and fall enjoy close proximity to lakes, town, major hiking trails, restaurants and other attractions that the area has to offer. Old Forge is just a 20 min drive and Inlet village is just a leisurely walk away.

Brought to life again, our studio was build in late 1800's. Labor of love, as we tried to preserve all the original features of this house. 2 bedrooms, can sleep 2 guests comfortably. 1 bathroom, small kitchen, with propane stove, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. In a small, and quiet town of Bloomingdale, NY. 10 min from Saranac Lake NY, 20 min from Lake Placid, NY. Our studio is not a luxury accommodation, but more of a country farmhouse.
