We welcome you to our holiday home, called "The Gathering Place". 4 bedrooms sleeps 8 & all queen-sized beds. We can sleep up to 10 on inflatable beds, a portable mattress and extra large couches. Great hiking, biking, golfing, boating, skiing, snowmobiling and more! We are in the middle of 2 ski hills - the Fernie Mountain and family friendly ski hill in Kimberly. Bring along your snowmobile or side by side to explore the back country! Lake Kookanusa is the main summer attraction.

There are 7 individual beds, and can sleep up to 12 persons, depending on sleeping arrangements. There are 4 thick floor mats if needed. Oversized heated garage is fantastic for dressing in and out of ski clothes. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses and cutlery, large and small appliances.

The home also has a large private fenced back yard, great for family gatherings, letting the dogs run, or to build a snowman! The home is perfect for a family getaway, travel nurses, construction workers, or just a couples night. We will do our best to accommodate to your stay.

Beachfront Lake House: Moyie BC

Situated on the shores of Moyie Lake, this high end home boasts 150' of private beachfront, a lush lawn of the same size and two full-sized docks, kayaks, canoe and paddle boards. This three-level 3,000 sq. ft. property includes six bedrooms, three full baths and comfortably sleeps fourteen guests. Having said that, the local government authority of the Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) limits occupancy to ten. This is none negotiable.
