The structure was recently restored and offers a unique experience, with enough space to accommodate a family of four, and a location that's just two blocks away from the river. There's also a nice balcony to enjoy the river view and the amazing sunsets over downtown New Bern.

All linen and bedding included. Kitchen includes: 2 burner cook top, K-cup coffee maker (coffee included), all cookware and cutlery provided, Bathroom has a tile walk in shower, bath towels and hair dryer provided. Cabin has a screened in front porch with lake view. Picnic table, charcoal grill, and campfire ring included.

(Boat ramp is 5.3 miles from the house in Aurora.) Enjoy sunrises & sunsets on the large deck. Kayaks, picnic table, firepit, and grill for outdoor dining. Enjoy the quiet on the water! Due to the secluded area there is not internet or cable service however there is a TV antenna and DVD movies, as well as board games and outdoor adventures.

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
