Relax and enjoy this peaceful hideaway. Located conventionally close to town with space for privacy on 8-acre the parcel. Take a quite walk to the creek on the nature trail, spend the evening soaking up the view of the stars from the hot tub, while the kids play a game of putt-putt in the back yard. The bottom story is a finished lower level with a separate entrance and living area from the homeowners above. Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby. A youtube tour is at my site, bill semion, called A tour of the river house 2020. Miniimum Age: 25.

** Bookings now available 6 months in advance ** Morel Cottage is a cozy 650sq ft, completely renovated, a-frame. It is perfect for singles, couples or a small group. The cottage features an open concept with a spiral staircase to the loft bedroom. There is a log queen bed upstairs and a roll away, queen, raised air mattress available for additional sleeping in the living space. Standard amenities are provided with full laundry on site.
