Within 1.5 miles of the North Branch Ausable River and 3 miles of the Ausable River for fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Approximately 20 minutes to downtown Grayling for all of your dining, shopping and entertainment needs. After the days activities, unwind by the fire pit and take in the stars ✨⭐️.

Lakefront Cabin on Lake Margrethe with beautiful views. If you enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, swimming, boating, or just relaxing on the dock this is the cottage for you. If you like trail riding the trail heads are near by. Bring your boat or use our row boat. Free boat launch about a mile away. Enjoy the sandy beach and clear water. We are pet friendly, but please do not allow pets to go into neighbors yards. Do not park on grass Summer months weekly rentals only. Friday to Friday.

Conveniently located 2 walking blocks from the waters edge and close to snowmobile and ORV trails, this cottage has everything needed for a great up-north getaway. Located a 1/4 mile from the snowmobile trails you can ride from the front door to the trails, or from the trailhead nearby (see photos for proximity). Road end lake access, as well as 1.2 miles from the only public boat launch and state park on the lake.

Relax and enjoy this peaceful hideaway. Located conventionally close to town with space for privacy on 8-acre the parcel. Take a quite walk to the creek on the nature trail, spend the evening soaking up the view of the stars from the hot tub, while the kids play a game of putt-putt in the back yard. The bottom story is a finished lower level with a separate entrance and living area from the homeowners above. The suite has a walk out onto the patio with a gentle slope to 200 ft of rocky bottom river frontage. This is located five miles from the city of Grayling. You will be close to hiking trails, hiking, snowmobile trails, and skiing.
