Situated steps from Pymatuning Lake and the marina. The property backs up to Pymatuning State Park which offers bird watching, frisbee golf, nature & bike trails, etc. The unit is newly updated to provide you all the comforts of home. Please note that because of the age of the home and it's location we operate on well water. We do provide bottled water and a brita system for our guests. If you are staying more than a few days, we recommend bringing your own water if well water is an issue.

Sit back, relax and sip your drink on one of two decks. BBQ your favorites on the gas grill and relax at the fire pit after dinner. If rain is on the forecast, you can sit on the covered deck or stay inside and watch the Roku smart tv, VCR, DVR or your own streaming. Only 1 mile to the marina to rent a boat or fish on the causeway.

Well maintained house with everything you would need to have a great stay on at the Lake Side Main Door has Code Access for Key less Entry and Late Arrival The House is Part of Hazel Park which is a Picnic and Beach Area on the water also a Dock to swim or Fish off and a place to Dock your Boat for Loading and unloading (If you would like to use there is an additional $50 Fee to pay at check in that i pay to the Association for your use).

Our cottage is in Conneaut Lake, PA, a nice little town with cute shops and restaurants. Within walking distance to the lake, guests will be provided with a key to the Shady Association dock and swimming area.
