Permit #C-STR1-56 This property sits right on the Rio Grande River. Watch the Trout sip flies at the water's edge. There is Direct ATV access from this property on the Town of South Fork’s Trail System to the National Forest Roads. You DO NOT have to trailer your ATV’s from this property. There is room to park Trucks & Trailers as well. You can watch the ducks and geese float by on the river. There is public access to fish a couple hundred yards away and a public boat ramp. Between the 4 decks attached to the cabin, log porch swing, and fire pit area with Adirondack Chairs, you will have no trouble finding a proper place to relax. You will also have access to the detached garage to safely store your gear out of the elements.

The house has a fenced in yard and is located on 1 acre just a few minutes walk from the national forest. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the cozy enclosed porch. There is plenty of room for ATV parking, and you can go directly to many trails without having to tow or trailer!
