Located in the heart of Sapulpa, The Hobson House is a large historic home just 1 block off Route 66. Originally built by the owner of the local lumberyard, this home carries a lot of history & charm. They built the house for themselves & the 2 apts upstairs for traveling teachers that needed a place to stay. Overall, the house has 3 apts, all w/private entrances. There is 1 larger apt downstairs & 2 smaller apts upstairs, along with a common sitting area in the front & a laundry room in back.

The private covered porch is a great place to enjoy the start of your day and unwind after a busy one. It is the perfect spot to see Oklahoma, just 2 miles off of historic Route 66, 6 miles north of Bristow, 30 min. from Tulsa, and 70 miles from Oklahoma City. Enjoy a full kitchen, 1 bed, 1 bath, and a comfortable den. We also have on-site trails and a pond.

The ceilings are all vaulted which gives it a spacious feeling. It is equipped with a mini-split heat pump in every room for precise temperature control.

This cozy home sets on 2.5 acres with huge pecan trees in the back. It’s 15 minutes from downtown Tulsa and BOK center. Only 10 minutes from lake Keystone. The cycling in this area is great as well. Willow road is on a major bike path for cyclists on Wednesday evenings.
