Jedinica uključuje sobu sa televizijom i klima uređajem, 2 odvojene kupaonice i kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, mikrovalnom pećnicom, kuhalom za vodu i ostalim kuhinjskim priborom. You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

House with fantastic view. It is possible to access by car and leave it on private parking place. Beach is 200 m away from the house, down the hill. You will probably be alone on the beach. House is 3 km away from "civilization".
