This lake front home is located 10 minutes from Wenatchee where there are over 300 days of sun a year. Scenic Lake Cortez is out your back door where you can see a variety of birds as well as turtles and muskrats. There is fishing gear and a boat available. Very comfortable home in Sun serra. Hot tub is off the deck. Pool is steps away. River veiws with parks within walking distance. Boat launches are 5 minutes from home. Tennis pickle ball and basketball courts. There are 2 golfcourses. The par three couuse on site has free golf for my home. My home has a master California king bed. The second room has 2 full beds and a twin bunk bed. My attached garage is available for toys. Have a golf cart on property for use.

The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

Burke - Desert Oasis Base Camp

This no non-sense home gets you in Sunland and on the river at a great value. You've never seen stars like you will here, the Milky Way looks like a cloud that stretches across the sky. Smores around the firepit in the backyard are sure to be a hit with young and old. The front deck is always drenched in sun and boasts an amazing view the basalt canyon walls.
