Visit us at our redwood homestead to experience modern country living. Our cabin is nestled between tall groves on an acre of land just outside of town. We have chickens, a koi pond, fruit trees, and are surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. Both the National Park and ocean are less then a 10 minute drive away, making this the ideal spot to recharge in between adventures. Smith River - Riverfront Retreat

Located on the beautiful Smith River*. Fully furnished. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Spacious living room with large windows providing beautiful views of the the river. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, ironing board/iron, washer and dryer. Wifi, Roku with streaming channels (bring your login info for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc). * river is not accessible from the home however there is access about 1 mile down the road. Please do not try to access river from our property.

Lighthouse Shores South

Do you like hiking, surfing or maybe white water rafting or kayaking? Close to scenic rivers, giant redwoods and of course one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. We are in a great location to catch a sunset, whale watch, take a stroll along the beach, search through the tide pools at low tide, or check out the lighthouse. All right across the street . Also a prime location to watch fireworks on 4th of July. This is a bottom floor unit with excellent ocean and lighthouse view.

Barney's Guest House

Barney's is a cozy, fully furnished private barn-remodeled guest house that has it all! King bed in the lofted sleeping quarters, kitchette, spacious bath and peaceful views. Very very private. Elk House Retreat - relax in hot tub, gaze @ stars

Secluded, beautifully landscaped 2-plus acre property within a mile of the entrance to the world renowned home of majestic Redwoods at Jedediah Smith National & State Park. Small Cozy studio is connected to the owner’s home but is private with your own entrance. The studio retreat is less than 3 miles to scenic Crescent Beach, Battery Point Lighthouse. Located only 4 miles to downtown Crescent City and harbor where you will find shopping, restaurants, and Ocean World.

Gayle's Garden Cottage

A tiny house cottage set in a garden amongst the redwoods, surrounded by rhodies, maples, birch and apple trees. Beautiful in all seasons. The cottage is foam insulated and thus very quiet for a good night's sleep. I use fragrance free detergent on linens. The queen bed (3 layers of high density memory foam mattresses) is in a loft, accessible by an angled loft ladder with handhold cutouts (not suitable for infants or children). Nema 14-50 plug available.

This newly remodeled 2+ bedroom redwood chateau is nestled on a private 2 acres in the redwood forest. Only a mile and a half to town and a few miles from Jedediah Smith Sate park, it provides a central, quiet retreat with the convenience of quick access to beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, and stores. From enjoying the soaking tub to relaxing in the sunroom or back patio, this open floor plan has a fun, rustic space that everyone can enjoy.
