The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! Everything has been thought of for your enjoyment, even FREE pinball! You need to bring nothing except your enthusiasm for having a relaxing, stress-free and amazing time!!!

SEASIDE beach cottage, built in 2021, at A Avenue - At the ramp to Crescent Beach ( 32080) 5 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. 20 minutes to The Nation's Oldest City. Great restaurants in the area. Rent a kayak -Boat ramp, fishing outfitter 3 blocks away. Open floor plan 2 story 3 br. and loft and 2 1/2 baths and a laundry room. Master BR downstairs. Soaring ceilings , good variety of space. Great vacation/family get-together spot. 2 Porches .

The tiny house at the Crescent Beach house is a one bedroom one bath detached guesthouse ! The bedroom includes a queen bed and closet. There is a great kitchen with a full size stove/oven, keurig, and microwave. Wifi and large smart tv for own subscriptions, no cable. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella included! Soak in the great Florida beach lifestyle. There’s a board walk beach access at the end of the street ! This tiny house is adjacent to a two story home which is a separate Airbnb!
